Option for longer stay
Rent: 1200€ + ~50€ per month for utilities (Bill will be sent per month)The apartment is available from 1 October until the end of March, making it a perfect place to spend the winter by the ocean.
The monthly rent is €1,200, plus approximately €50 per month for utilities.
There may also be an option to extend the stay beyond March for a longer-term arrangement. This will be decided by the end of the year, so if you are interested in staying longer, feel free to get in touch and we can keep you updated.
